Meet Amy Glass, Esq., HC
I understand first-hand the unique challenges that attorneys face in their high-stakes, fast-paced lives and also that there’s a much easier way! As a commercial litigator for 13 years, I’ve had my share of 100 billable hour weeks and all-nighters, struggles around balancing my career and my family and issues around my weight and body image. Back then, I numbed-out and focused entirely on my professional and intellectual life, and my body became the vehicle for carrying my head around. I ignored the weight gain and the undercurrent of sadness. I was successful in my public life (happily married with two amazing daughters), but I was suffering privately… struggling to find balance between the demands of my work and my family.
While pretending that everything was great, I felt like a mess. I was depressed, obese, exhausted, losing my hair, craving sugar. I had digestive issues, energy slumps and mood swings. I lived with the daily hopelessness of being miserable in my body. I realized that I’d successfully fulfilled all of the roles in my life – lawyer, mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend – but who was I? When would there be time and energy for my needs to get met? Somehow, I got lost along the way.
And so began my personal journey into what I wanted for my life, how to manage the severe time constraints without giving up my life or career, how to deal with the stress and how to be more present with my family. I’ve had the pleasure of spending countless hours of self-study and formal education in the areas of holistic health, nutrition & lifestyle, psychology, stress & time management, personal development, self-help and beyond. It’s been a fun and wonderful journey so far.
I started wondering… why are so many people struggling like I did when it doesn’t have to be that way? My life-changing experience sparked my passion to trade in my law career to become a Health Coach.

Meet Robyn Latman, Esq., HC
Are you ready to live your ideal life? Are you searching for more time in each day? I’ll show you how to get it. Together, we’ll bring out the best version of you. You do have time for yourself, for your family, for your career. I coach incredible clients toward what’s possible for them. Are you ready? The time for you is now!
A bit about me? I created a life for myself that looks like the one in my imagination. Yes, I am a Coach, and I am also an attorney who spent many years in a busy law practice living a stress-filled lifestyle. During my law career, I was appointed to state-wide committees, and I have a published Appellate Opinion. I counseled many corporate clients and shaped decisions of large businesses. Along the way, I realized that these were not my life goals. In my free time, I volunteered as legal adviser and camp counselor for children with cancer at The Valerie Fund’s Camp Happy Times. I also volunteered at a bereavement camp, Comfort Zone Camp, for children who lost a parent or family member. Making a difference in the lives of others is what brings happiness to my world. After almost a decade of daily court appearances filled with arguments with adversaries and judges in a dozen counties, I realized that my inner flame was barely a flicker. The time for change had come.
I went back to school to study health and nutrition. Now I am thrilled to have made the change from counseling clients in the areas of business and law to being able to coach clients toward positive lifestyle goals. I also make time to volunteer as a Coach with Girls On The Run where I teach young girls life skills to boost their confidence and self esteem. A career change isn’t for everyone, but a fantastic lifestyle is. At Legally Healthy, the aim is for you to keep your career while you discover how to find time for what makes you YOU!
Are you starting to see what’s possible for you?

While some people can only talk about theories and their knowledge, it’s important to be able to take that knowledge and put it into practice. Amy Glass has been connecting the dots and turning it into real solutions for the last 20 years. Whether she was finding those solutions as a lawyer, in the health/nutrition field, or as a mom, Amy is tenacious in finding the answers to challenging problems – - especially when those answers are “outside of the box!” Amy Glass is creative enough and has the critical thinking skills to not only find those answers, but to disseminate them in a way that is clear and concise for everyone to understand. If there’s an answer, Amy will find it. ~ Jeff Goldstein, Esq., Seattle WA
I’ve known Robyn for more than half of my life. She has always been the go-to source for practical advice and ways to simplify life’s daily hurdles. Now that I’m a Partner in a busy Newark law firm and the mom to an 18-month old boy, I find myself recalling tips and tricks that she’s taught me over the years. Reminding myself of conversations that Robyn and I have had, I find myself with a lot more time and energy for my work and my family. I look forward to our conversations because I know that what feels impossible or frustrating to me in my daily routine will soon be made to seem less daunting. – Laura, Esq., Newark, New Jersey
I’ve never felt more in control of my own life as I have since I started working with Robyn. I have gradually rearranged my routines so that I live more in line with my priorities, and my confidence has soared. I now get more done in less time which leaves me less stressed and better able to manage my team. Robyn has the unique ability to look into your being and understand things that you haven’t yet said.
